Cambra Sands Cancellation Policy

The Cottages at Cambra Sands operates / manages water side properties where every reservation is both important and special to us. A deposit equal to the amount of a one night stay is taken for every reservation up to 7 days in duration and a deposit of 50% is taken for all bookings exceeding 7 days.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice of arrival date, your deposit will be held as a credit for one calendar year to be applied to another booking at Cambra Sands. If cancelling within forty eight (48) hours of the reservation date, deposit is non-refundable.

Rates / policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. Please understand that you will be responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. If we can rebook your Cottage(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
